External Action Plan 2021-2024
The main mission of the External Action Plan 2021-2024 is to position Navarra in Europe and the world as a global actor seeking partnerships and cooperation for the benefit of its community.
This is done, on the one hand, by promoting and coordinating the official presence in European and global institutions and networks, in order to monitor and cross-check all relevant information and initiatives for our Community with the strategic interests of Navarra, and on the other, through the use of our border situation, the relationship with our citizens abroad and the projection of the image of the territory.
